How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. To request a refund:

  • Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
  • Email us at milatespr@gmail.com and we'll help coordinate the refund with Paddle.

Processing time

Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take several business days for the funds to appear on your statement.
