1. About us

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Milatespr ("we", "us", "our"), the operator of this website and provider of Pilates classes in Naranjito, Puerto Rico.

2. Acceptance

By using our website, booking a class, or purchasing a class package, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

3. Bookings and classes

Booking a class reserves a spot for the date and time you select. You are responsible for arriving on time and following the studio's safety guidance. We may refuse or cancel a booking where capacity, safety, or operational reasons require it.

4. Payments and Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment terms, billing, taxes, cancellations, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms. Please review them carefully before completing a purchase.

5. Refunds

Refund requests are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy and Paddle's Refund Policy.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse our website or services, including by: using them for unlawful purposes; submitting fraudulent bookings or payment information; infringing intellectual property rights; attempting to interfere with security (e.g. malware, probing, scraping); or harassing other clients or staff.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including the Milatespr name, branding, photography, and copy — is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, redistribute, or use it without our written permission.

8. Service availability

We do not guarantee that the website or class schedule will be uninterrupted or error-free. Classes may occasionally be rescheduled or cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to bookings or the website, with or without notice, if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay, present a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly violate our policies.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties and exclude liability for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
